However, the original notebook BIOS only supports SATA1 full speed and only reaches 100M/s, but the motherboard chip supports SATA2, so it must be flashed to support SATA2 BIOS version full speed can reach 250M/s, which is the main reason why many people upgrade SSDs do not feel much speed improvement, and do not change the speed limit setting of the BIOS.
Flashing the X61 corresponding BIOS to select the FN key and the ctrl key to switch versions, because the original keyboard fn key is very anti-human, often fn misoperated as Ctrl key. After flashing the firmware, the redo system compared the win10 and win7 speeds, and found that X61 and win7 matched well. However, neither Win10 or Win7 nor WinXP wireless card can work, judging that it is a hardware problem. So the machine must be disassembled.

Apply a new thermal paste to the CPU to improve the problem of freezing if the temperature is too high.
