The reporter saw at the scene that on the basis of maintaining the original pastry area, the first floor added a tea area and a coffee area, and the second floor, which was originally not open, was transformed into a tea room area.
In the pastry area, not only a variety of classic Chinese and Western pastries, but also a variety of new "Hastelloy" pastries. For example, this time brought two "first" new products, Chocolate Napoleon and Black Butterfly Crisp.
The clerk said that the biggest feature of this chocolate Napoleon is that the puff pastry is also integrated with chocolate liquor, and then accompanied by chocolate filling, making the taste more rich and mellow. However, since it is purely handmade, it can only be mass-produced forty or fifty pieces per day.
In addition, the boutique also launched the "dim sum + tea/coffee" combination, selected partners from the core area of Wuyishan tea, and designed the "Kaoting Shuyuan" tea series and "COFFEVER" coffee series according to market preferences, hoping to bring consumers more choices and experiences.
The reporter saw at the scene that there were three kinds of hot tea to choose from, namely 18 yuan / cup of Xinhui tangerine peel water, 22 yuan / cup of black tea "Lan Guiren" and 26 yuan / cup of oolong tea "Water Narcissus". It is worth mentioning that all three hot teas are poured into delicate glasses with lids and glass straws, and anti-scalding leather holsters on the outer ring and handed to customers.
