How much do you think a hardcore off-road vehicle with a 4.6L V8 engine over 5.2 meters long and equipped with a 4.6L V8 engine will sell?
Is it 500,000? Or 600,000? Or maybe 700,000?
If this question is given to Toyota Land Patrol to answer, then the answer needs to be at least 1 million, but if the "Land Patrol is substituted" - Hengtian L4600 to answer the question, then it is another matter.
In fact, this is not the first time that Hengtian L4600 has entered everyone's field of vision, its first production car has been delivered as early as 2019, but it has not been officially sold to the C-end consumer market in recent years, so individual consumers' understanding of this car is relatively shallow.
Recently, a number of special price models have flowed into the C-end market, which has attracted widespread attention in the C-end consumer market.
According to the quotation of domestic automobile dealers [Daily Talk Auto], the original official price was 25.8-498,800 yuan, known as "Lu Patrol Ping" Hengtian L4600, the current price is only 13.98-188,800 yuan, including brand new cars and old cars that have been in service for 1-30,000 kilometers, of which the new car is a vegetarian car without any modification, and the old car is pasted with off-road style latte or sprayed fire truck paint.
In other words, the price of Hengtian L4600 is only 1/5 of that of Lu Patrol, which is indeed "parity". But in fact, the advantages of Hengtian L4600 are far more than that, its biggest feature is that it can be "replaced", and even "impersonate" Toyota Land Patrol.
As for how similar the Hengtian L4600 is to the Toyota Land Patrol LC200 in terms of exterior design, I believe it is self-evident that this way of "paying" to classic models is even more naked than the BYD F3 copycat Toyota Corolla 18 years ago.
If you're not a veteran fan, the Hengtian L4600 can confuse you with just changing a Toyota twist marker. After the Hengtian L4600 replaced a set of Toyota Land Patrol's middle net, headlights, wings and bumpers, even veteran fans could hardly tell the real from the fake.

But in fact, the L4600 and Land Patrol two cars are not too related from the production line to accessories, we can understand this Hengtian L4600 as a reverse development of Toyota Land Patrol products.

The Hengtian L4600 has a length, width and height of 5239/2026/1932mm respectively, a wheelbase of 2950mm, a front track of 1710mm and a rear track of 1696mm.
The Land Patrol LC200 has a length, width and height of 5170/1975/1930mm, a wheelbase of 2850mm, a front track of 1650mm, and a rear track of 1645mm.
In terms of chassis structure, Hengtian L4600 adopts the front double wishbone independent suspension, the rear integral axle multi-link suspension structure, and the Land Patrol adopts the front double wishbone independent suspension and the rear four-link independent suspension. It can be seen that Hengtian L4600 is different from the Land Patrol to a certain extent in the frame structure.

In terms of hardware, the Hengtian L4600 is in line with the level of a hardcore off-road vehicle.

Looking at the plastic plaque and the UI interface of the car machine stuck 10 years ago, the L4600 not only does not present the texture of a high-end off-road vehicle, but also more like a commercial tool vehicle, exuding a strong sense of cheapness.
It is no exaggeration to say that the interior of L4600 is far inferior to the current 100,000-level self-owned brand models in terms of design level and process materials. If it is not sold at a special price, it cannot even be called a land patrol replacement, and C-end consumers do not have the need to buy this car.
Of course, even when the terminal price drops to less than 200,000, I do not recommend ordinary individual buyers to buy this car.
Not to mention that the product quality of Hengtian L4600 has not been verified by the C-end market, whether the product value is equal to its selling price, or greater than the selling price, even if it only discusses how individual buyers buy a car and where to buy a car, it is already confusing.
Two days ago, we called the official service number of Hengtian Automobile to inquire and learned that Hengtian L4600 is still not for individual consumers, and is currently mainly sold in the B-end market, such as public security, fire protection, satellite communication and other special vehicles, all buyers need to contact the Sichuan factory of Hengtian to buy cars and see cars.
In other words, Hengtian Automobile has not yet built a sales network, neither official direct stores, nor traditional 4S stores, which means that Hengtian Automobile can not provide after-sales service, how to maintain the vehicle in the later stage is an unknown, individual buyers must think twice before buying this car, this kind of leakage is not picked up.
And those friends who want to buy high-priced off-road vehicles, I suggest that you may wish to consider your own brand models steadily.
As for the significance of the existence of Hengtian L4600, it can be roughly summarized into two aspects.
One is to supply to the B-end market and serve in the field of special vehicles. Such as traffic accident investigation vehicles, satellite communication vehicles, communication command vehicles, UAV interception vehicles (monitoring vehicles), patrol cars, etc., that can also be regarded as a contribution to building a better society.
