In order to strengthen the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and continuously improve the ability of the north branch of the hospital as a designated hospital for patients diagnosed with new crown pneumonia, recently, the north branch of Anqing Municipal Hospital organized an emergency drill for the treatment of confirmed new crown pneumonia patients, and Min Dongyi, member of the party committee and vice president, the party branch of the north hospital, the party branch of the infection department, the party branch of the respiratory and critical care medicine department and other relevant personnel participated. The exercise was conducted by Min Dongyi as the general commander, and Hu Changqing and Zhou Gan, vice presidents of the North Courtyard District, served as deputy commanders.
Before the drill, the party members and cadres of the party branch of the North Campus, the party branch of the infection department, and the party branch of the department of respiratory and critical care medicine conducted on-site discussions on the specific links and details of the drill script, and clarified the drill procedures and precautions, and further improved the drill plan.
The drill was conducted against the background of receiving suspected covid-19 patients in the north campus, each department performed its own duties, and the department of hospital infection prevention and control and disease control and the quality control office supervised and guided all aspects. The drill process was orderly and interlocking, and the participants acted quickly and closely in accordance with the established plan, accurately and efficiently completed the emergency drill task of the sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic, and achieved the expected effect of the drill.
At the summary meeting of the drill, the hospital leaders, hospital sense experts, section directors and nurse chiefs conducted on-site analysis and comments on the problems and deficiencies found in the transfer process, protective measures, teamwork and other aspects, and put forward rectification opinions.
This drill is not only a practical test of the ability to prevent and control the epidemic at this stage, but also comprehensively enhances the coordination and cooperation ability of the hospital emergency response team, and gives full play to the fighting fortress of the party organization and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members and comrades.
