Apple's new generation of flagship iPhone 15 Pro series has officially started selling, however, some of the first consumers who got the new machine were not happy. Recently, the first owners of the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max complained online that the phone overheats when used or charging. The iPhone 15 Pro series is therefore nicknamed "dragon fruit".
A up owner of station B tried the game "Genshin" with the iPhone 15 Pro, and in a room temperature environment of 26.5 degrees Celsius, after 30 minutes of gameplay, the temperature of the fuselage has soared to 49 degrees Celsius, and there are visible frame drops.

Another up owner on the same platform said that after recording a ten-minute vlog with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the temperature of the fuselage reached 51 degrees Celsius.
On Weibo, related issues have also sparked many discussions.
In addition, according to the feedback of some foreign netizens in the Apple community, the temperature of the fuselage is too high when making calls, taking photos, charging and other operations, and even many netizens said that in the case of the remaining memory space is large enough, even if the mobile phone is not used, it will heat up.
What is the cause of fever? Apple has not yet given an official explanation.
Analyst: The overheating problem has nothing to do with TSMC's 3nm process
On September 27, Tianfeng International analyst Guo Mingxi issued an article explaining the current overheating problem of Apple's iPhone 15 Pro mobile phone, and said that it has nothing to do with TSMC's 3nm process.
Guo Mingxi said: "My investigation pointed out that the overheating problem of the iPhone 15 Pro series has nothing to do with TSMC's 3nm process, and is mainly likely to make the weight lighter, so the design of the heat dissipation system has been compromised, such as the small heat dissipation area, the use of titanium alloy to affect the heat dissipation effect." Apple is expected to fix this issue by updating the system, but the improvement may be limited unless processor performance is reduced. If Apple doesn't properly address this issue, it could be detrimental to shipments of the iPhone 15 Pro series product cycle.
iPhone 15 on sale broken! Analyst: iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro may need price reductions
According to the Securities Times, with the official launch of the iPhone 15 series, the topic of "iPhone 15 and Plus breaking" once rushed to the hot search. According to Shenzhen Huaqiangbei sources, the iPhone 15 series mobile phone "market demand situation is indeed not ideal." So far, there are still a lot of spots, and basically no one grabs them." Both the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have premium prices.
As a well-known Apple product analyst, Guo Mingxi recently posted on the X platform that everything is going smoothly, and Apple's iPhone revenue and profit in the fourth quarter will be better than expected.
In terms of breakdown, Guo Mingxi pointed out that early sales data shows that iPhone 15 Pro Max shipments have been revised up to 35 million units this year, higher than the 28 million units of iPhone 14 Pro Max last year.
He said that the iPhone 15 Plus may usher in an increase in orders because of its previous low expectations and not so bad in real sales. But iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro sales are lower than expected, and if Apple does not cut prices, the two models may be cut.
He also insisted that shipments of the iPhone 15 series of mobile phones will reach 80 million units this year, an increase of 5.3% over last year's 14 series. The big selling of the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be the main growth driver of Apple's iPhone business in the fourth quarter of 2023.
