Apparently, the Biden administration did not intend to give Bolton that face. This is not the first time that U.S. forces have provoked Russia in recent times. The So-called "Challenge to the Hegemonic Status of the United States" in the United States in suppressing China and Russia is just an excuse, and the fierce partisan struggle within the United States is prompting the last two US administrations to launch self-inflicted provocations against China and Russia at the same time.
