· The Clean Parks ecological co-construction program has contributed to the sustainable development of 13 ecological co-construction sites at home and abroad, covering Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Denmark and other places[1].
· NIO charging piles have provided charging services for more than 110 brands, and more than 78.97% of the charging capacity comes from other brands[2].
· NIO eased the pressure on peak power grids by launching reverse swapping activities. In 2022, users will have a total of 24,341 reverse power swaps, a total of 2,717 participating users, and 1.35 million kWh of battery swaps.
· The "NIO User Footprint" charity platform initiated by NIO User Trust has helped a total of 16 user charity projects, benefiting more than 8,000 households, covering environmental protection, rural revitalization, child welfare, emergency relief and other public welfare directions[3].

Create low-carbon products and establish a circular ecology
NIO is committed to the continuous exploration of carbon reduction measures in the smart electric vehicle industry and working with all parties to realize the vision of Blue Sky Coming.
· On March 25, 2023, NIO announced its commitment to join SBTi, the first new energy vehicle company in China to join the Science Based Targets initiative.
· NIO continues to explore ways to improve the use of recyclable and shareable green packaging. In 2022, 98% of recyclable packaging will be used for truckload transportation.
· NIO became one of the first automakers in China to formulate an internal carbon pricing (ICP) mechanism, providing decision-making direction for companies to reduce carbon emissions.
· NIO is the first enterprise in the vehicle industry to carry out closed-loop management of power battery aluminum materials, and has obtained about 600 tons of die-cast aluminum alloy materials through recycling battery housing and remelting and blending, which has been innovatively applied to other parts systems [1].
· Due to its high efficiency and high sustainability, ET7 was rated as a five-star model by Green NCAP, and was awarded the title of "Platinum Eco-car" by the (China) Automotive Industry Energy Conservation and Green Development Evaluation Center.

Build a responsible supply chain and transform the value chain
NIO continues to strengthen synergies with partners to promote broader environmental and social sustainability.
· In 2022, NIO provided a total of 6,496 hours of training and improvement to its partners to help them improve their technology, efficiency, management and other capabilities.
· NIO's Quality Excellence Partners (NQPP) winners have ranged from 31 in 2021 to 37 in 2022, and more and more partners are working with NIO to build a high-quality industry ecosystem.
· Since August 2022, NIO has added a "Sustainability" module to the potential partner assessment review, which contains 169 specific requirements.
· A total of more than 300 vehicle parts partners participated in NIO's 2022 ESG special risk assessment to jointly improve sustainable development performance.
