In the past five years, the Provincial Women's Federation has made every effort to promote the development of women through the "Four Women's Actions", better leading women to make contributions in the new journey of achieving the second centenary goal, and taking multiple measures to enhance women's sense of happiness.
Implement the "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Action" to lead women to make contributions based on their posts.
The Hainan Free Trade Port Women's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held to create opportunities for women's development. By creating an entrepreneurial innovation service model of "one competition + one promotion plan + ten supporting facilities", it effectively completes the upgrading of quality and efficiency, and provides all-round services for women's innovation and entrepreneurship employment, such as achievement display, exchange and learning, policy assistance, market docking, talent training and brand promotion. The event not only covers 19 cities and counties in the province, but also has a special group outside the province and an overseas group; The participating fields include tourism, modern service industry, high-tech industry, and high-efficiency agriculture with tropical characteristics. The competition attracted more than 5,500 contestants and 1,733 projects, directly benefiting 350,000 people. Implement the "Accompany Growth" rural revitalization brand enhancement plan, and provide branding, positioning analysis, visual design and other services for 30 rural female entrepreneurship projects.
Promote the quality and expansion of housekeeping. Hold 2 activities to find "the most beautiful housekeepers in Hainan", mobilize domestic workers from all over the province to sign up to participate, and select "Top Ten Most Beautiful Housekeeping Workers in Hainan", "Learning Star", "Skill Star" and "Civilization Star", etc., to promote typical trees, create a good public opinion atmosphere in the domestic service industry, and promote the quality and efficiency of Hainan's housekeeping. A total of 375 training courses on domestic service skills were held, helping more than 35,000 women improve their domestic skills, master skills and broaden their ways to increase income.
Carry out the national evaluation and selection of urban and rural women's posts and the establishment of "civilized posts for women" in Hainan Province. Through the development of activities, lead and encourage the majority of women from all walks of life in the province to adapt to the new normal of economic development, build new contributions based on their posts, strive to be builders of great causes, advocates of civilized customs, and strugglers who have the courage to pursue dreams, and play a role in promoting the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port. A total of 94 advanced collectives and individuals were awarded for meritorious service in China, and 151 "civilized posts for women" in Hainan Province were named.
Implement the "Rural Revitalization Action" to promote a better connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
Implement the "Rural Women's Quality Improvement Plan", give play to the role of the "Women's Science and Technology Light Riding Team", and go deep into the grassroots to hold training courses on agricultural product planting technology, women's employment and entrepreneurship, so as to improve local women's entrepreneurship, employment and production capacity.
With the support of the CNOOC Foundation, one "labor anchor room" was built in Wuzhishan City and Baoting County to help rural women in Hainan improve their ability to use online live streaming to start businesses. Jointly held six training courses for "Labor Anchors" to help more than 460 female farmers who are engaged in or are willing to engage in agricultural production, operation and service to master the basic skills and methods of Douyin, Douyin store and short video creation, and make use of the advantages of online live streaming platforms to enhance their online live streaming entrepreneurial capabilities.
We will continue to run inspirational secondary school classes for rural revitalization, organize and mobilize nearly 3,500 rural girls to enroll in school, help them receive vocational education, improve their quality and skills, master employment skills, achieve high-quality employment, block poverty reduction, and help rural revitalization.
Carry out activities to create "beautiful homes" to lead rural women to build and share beautiful and livable homes. The Hainan Provincial Women's Federation issued the "Work Plan for Improving the Rural Living Environment and Cleaning Villages to Further Deepen the Construction of "Beautiful Homes", carried out the "beautiful courtyard" drying activity in the province, selected the "beautiful courtyard" to "dry" on the Internet through the "comparison" of women's federations at all levels, and guided the broad masses of women to actively participate in the improvement of the rural living environment with "comparison", "evaluation" and "drying". At the same time, the province promotes the "point system" incentive form, which motivates and guides the majority of women and their family members to actively participate in the construction of "beautiful homes" with the dual reward method of material + spirit.
Implement the "Science and Technology Innovation Action" to lead women to make contributions in scientific and technological innovation.
Actively participate in the activities of science and technology activity month in our province, guide women's federations at all levels in the province to organize 146 public welfare science popularization activities with strong experience and high interest in accordance with local conditions, distribute 103,000 copies of science popularization materials, and hold 59 training courses for practical science and technology training in rural areas to improve women's scientific literacy. Carry out a series of activities to guide the vast number of women and families in the province to strive to be advocates of rejuvenating food and loving food, builders of growing grain and rejuvenating food, and practitioners of loving food and saving food. A total of 13 units named "National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Base" or "National Poverty Alleviation Demonstration Base" received a total of 530,000 yuan of development support funds. Guide the establishment of the Hainan Provincial Association of Women Science and Technology Workers, and jointly formulate and issue the "Several Measures on Supporting Female Scientific and Technological Talents to Play a Greater Role in Scientific and Technological Innovation in the Hainan Free Trade Port" in conjunction with relevant departments to help female scientific and technological workers in our province play a better role.
Implement the "Care and Care Action" to do a good job for women and children.
Strive for the support fund of the Central Special Lottery Public Welfare Fund of the All-China Women's Federation with 3.79 million yuan, and provide 10,000 yuan per person to 379 eligible urban and rural low-income women with "two cancers" in difficult circumstances.
Seek financial funds to provide financial assistance to women from poverty alleviation households, rural low-income households and rural extremely poor households with "two cancers" and precancerous lesions, so as to prevent rural women with "two cancers" from returning to poverty due to illness; It invested 37.84 million yuan and rescued more than 1,800 people in total.
Seek social funds to implement CNOOC's "Together in the Boat Project – 'Emergency Relief' Action" project to provide assistance to poor women, children and their families suffering from serious and extraordinarily serious diseases or other "emergency and difficult" situations; A total of 19 million yuan was invested to help more than 1,900 women and children in need. CNOOC's "Together in the Boat Project – 'Emergency Relief' Action" project was selected as one of the top ten typical cases of the first batch of practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses" in Hainan Province, and won the "China Charity Award" in 2023.
CNOOC Public Welfare Foundation invested nearly 3.07 million yuan to donate 14 "Mother's Health Expresses" to Wuzhishan City and Baoting County to safeguard the health rights and interests of local women and children. At the same time, it also joined hands with the Provincial Women and Children's Medical Center to carry out the "Send Health to the Grassroots" campaign, and went to cities, counties and townships to carry out free reproductive health clinics to help local women and families of childbearing age solve the problem of infertility.
