It is understood that big data enterprises recognized by the municipal level are enterprise units that carry out research and development and transformation of technological achievements in the field of big data, form core independent intellectual property rights, or engage in data collection, storage, sorting, operation and maintenance, security and other management services, data mining, computing, processing and other technical services, and carry out data application, consulting, training, trading, matching and other value-added and platform services and other related data service businesses.
