1905 Movie Network News "The Hunger Games" series of prequel movies "The Hunger Games: Song of Songbirds and Snakes" announced a set of stills. In the stills, a whole new world slowly unfolds. The familiar plots of "The Hunger Games" and "Battle Royale" are playing out again.
Based on the new book of the same name by original author Susan Collins, the film is set a few years before Coriolanus Snow became the tyrant president of the country of favorites, 18-year-old Snow is handsome and charming, and despite the difficult situation of family decline, he sees an opportunity to change his fate: he is selected to be the mentor of the tenth hunger games. Snow is sent to instruct Lucy Gray Baird, a girl from impoverished 12th District, who defiantly sings during the harvest ceremony to get everyone's attention. "The Hunger Games" series director Francis Lawrence returns to direct the prequel, the latest version of the script was written by Michael Leslie, and Michael Arndt participated in the creation.
In terms of actors, Tom Bryce plays the male protagonist Snow, Rachel Zeegler plays the heroine Lucy, Josh Andres Rivera plays Snow's close friend and mentor of the Second District Tribute, and Hunter Saffer plays Snow's cousin and confidant Tigris Snow, guiding him and advising him in moral and other aspects. According to the producer's arrangement, the film will be released in North America on November 17.
