At the 23rd China International Industry Fair, which opened on September 19, nearly 1,000 new products and new technologies were unveiled one after another, and more than 300 new robot products were exhibited, all of which set a record high.
In the CNC machine tool and metal processing exhibition area, the largest exhibition area from Siemens and Bond Laser, one is a traditional industrial giant, the other is a leader in the field of domestic lasers, the exhibition area is close to 1,000 square meters, is the two "exhibition kings" of this year's Industry Fair.
Li Lei, director of the domestic marketing department of Bond Laser, told reporters that the new product released by Bond at the Industry Fair is a magnetic levitation laser scanning and cutting machine, with a power of up to 24,000 watts, which is the industry's leading level and has achieved "double the speed and thickness of cutting". The cut parts can be used in many manufacturing fields such as ships, automobiles, and aerospace.
At the same time, the new product uses beam shaping technology, which overcomes the pain point of laser cutting that cannot be applied to highly reflective materials, so that copper, aluminum and other materials can also be efficiently laser cut, greatly expanding the coverage of laser cutting machines, and further improving performance.

In the energy technology and equipment exhibition area, Shanghai Electric's booth occupies the "C position" of the exhibition hall. At this year's Industry Expo, Shanghai Electric publicly released the digital intelligence integration "energy carbon intelligent housekeeper" product and zero-carbon industrial park standard for the first time. The "Energy Carbon Smart Butler" is based on the "Nebulas Wisdom" industrial Internet platform, and is committed to helping users control carbon, energy, carbon and fees with digital products.
It is understood that this digital intelligence integration "energy carbon intelligent housekeeper" has begun to be implemented in Shanghai Electric Steam Turbine Factory, and is expected to save more than 6 million yuan in electricity costs per year, and carbon emission reduction exceeds 2,100 tons per year. At the same time, this scheme has also been applied in Yancheng, Shantou, Taicang smart boiler and other projects.
More debuts and debuts came from the robot exhibition area. Every industry fair, the robot exhibition area is the most popular place. This year, the four robot giants of ABB, Fanuc, KUKA and Yaskawa Electric once again made a collective appearance and brought a series of blockbuster new products. Among them, ABB brought two new products for the world premiere, namely the automatic path planning software OptiFact and the educational robot IRB 1090. This robot is mainly used in education and training in the industrial field. In addition, ABB's newly launched new products, collaborative robots GoFa 10 and 12, and large robots IRB 6720 also debuted at the Industry Fair.
In addition to the "four major families", the debut of domestic robot companies is also increasing. For example, Jeka Robot released 2.5D visual positioning technology to help collaborative robots gradually break through the difficulties of spatial posture correction. Ding Cheng, the head of research and development of this new technology, said that the technology is self-developed by the jieka robot, and the accuracy can reach 0.2mm in the precise positioning mode. For example, the emerging brand Jebot also launched the first collaborative robot at this industrial fair, announcing that it has entered this track and become one of the few domestic manufacturers whose main product lines can cover 3 product lines of 6-axis multi-joint robots, SCARA robots and collaborative robots.

According to the statistics of the organizer, more than 500 new products and technologies were released at the last industry fair, which means that the number of new products in this industry fair has almost doubled. More and more debuts and exhibitions are placed at the Industry Fair, which on the one hand shows that the domestic market still has a strong attraction and industrial demand, on the other hand, it also shows that China's industrial strength is becoming stronger, and the competition between Chinese and foreign enterprises has begun.
