In addition to the special food of the host Minhang, there are also snacks and dim sum with unique Jiangnan flavor from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and other places, it is worth mentioning that the very characteristic exhibitors on site are carefully selected by local cultural and tourism bureaus and gathered in Minhang, among which there are many special authentic foods that are not common.
