Shanghai Demonstration Area Line Barricade Bridge is located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, designed with a continuous hybrid beam with a main span of 200 meters, spanning the three-level channel of Barrage Port, in order to meet the shipping needs, the project construction process avoids the deep-water area as much as possible for foundation operations to reduce construction safety risks.
The first pile of this construction is the No. 6 pile foundation of 158 pier of the Barrage Port Bridge, with a pile length of 107 meters and a pile diameter of 1.8 meters, with a large diameter and deep drilling depth, and at the same time, it has to pass through more than ten geological layers during the construction process, making drilling difficult. Under the overall coordination and early deployment of Shanghai Shentie, the project team decided to use the gas lift reverse circulation hole forming construction process for operation, which has the advantages of fast drilling speed, good hole quality, good hole cleaning effect and less sediment at the bottom of the hole compared with the conventional drilling technology. More importantly, no slurry discharge is involved in the construction process, which effectively protects the surrounding water environment from pollution.
According to the special planning approval, the total length of the demonstration area line is 52.4 kilometers, passing through two administrative districts of Minhang and Qingpu, with a total of 10 stations and a maximum speed of 160 kilometers per hour. After the completion of the project, it will build a rapid skeleton transportation connecting the main urban area of Shanghai and Qingpu New Town with Jiashan and Wujiang. As the Shanghai section of the Shanghai-Sujia Intercity Railway, the demonstration area line is not only the gateway line of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, but also an important part of Shanghai's municipal railway network.
