I quit my job because I thought going to work was a dangerous thing to do.
I left my job some time ago, and I haven't posted live-action videos for a long time, all of which are cutting some landlord's cats, as well as videos of other folk songs. There are no more live-action videos of some previous ballads and movies.
Why quit? I work for an Internet company, and everyone knows that this company is relatively large, and everyone has used this software. But I had to stay up until eleven or twelve o'clock every night, and there was a lot of performance pressure, including a lot of interaction with the leadership, which I didn't quite understand, so the conflict broke out. So I want to share with you that sometimes I don't even want to go to work. Why?
First point, get up early every day to work, even if the working time is 10 o'clock, and stay up late in the evening, isn't this kind of life we want?
Since some people say that this is the norm for everyone, isn't it a little strange for me to do this? But that's not to say that everyone is like this, it wasn't like this company culture before, everyone was engaged in agricultural activities. Later, there were weekends off, and now the work intensity in other countries may not be so great, so the situation of the people around is not the deciding factor.
Many people can wake up naturally after financial freedom. I think people should have enough rest time and shouldn't be occupied by all the work, which is the normal state, not the state where everyone is competing now.
Therefore, I would like to say that I feel that I quit because this kind of work intensity is not normal, although everyone is doing it now.
The second reason is the income problem, although my job is relatively easy, because I am an old employee and have a lot of resources, in fact, I don't have much work pressure. I quit my job because I didn't recognize something, but I didn't work hard.
Although my income is okay, as a part-time worker, my income is still relatively limited. Generally speaking, one or two thousand yuan is a good income for frontline employees, but it is not enough to achieve many ideal life goals.
Because my family is a tea business, the money for doing a business may be equivalent to a year's income, even if it may sometimes be a loss, but the upper limit will be higher. Although you can get stability at work, the upper limit will be low. For migrant workers, the annual salary of one million still has to pay half of the tax, and only 500,000 yuan, but this is already a very powerful person. And some small businesses, such as small restaurants that sell stewed chicken, duck and goose at night, and some mom-and-pop shops, may earn hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, and they don't have to pay too much tax.
In order to get rid of the shackles of ordinary people's lives, starting a business or speculating in houses and stocks are necessary choices. Of course, house speculation needs to consider the macro environment. For most ordinary people, running a small business is the best way to achieve wealth accumulation.
It is important to join the business organization in Nanjing and get to know many successful self-employed people, and you will find that their wealth accumulation reaches millions, tens of millions or even hundreds of millions. This is because of the problem of networking. When working in the company, the monthly salary of colleagues around me is only a hundred and twenty thousand yuan, which seems normal. However, if you join the Chamber of Commerce, some people have amassed millions of fortunes.
As long as your business is running, the income of the self-employed is often much higher than your salary. Therefore, the second point indicates that the income from working in the company may be limited. The third point is the question of career. Due to the current poor economic situation, many companies are laying off employees. For example, Ape Tutoring also initially laid off employees, and I left not because of poor performance, but because the company removed all employees, and I was the last to leave. Even if you do well, you have to leave if the company doesn't work anymore. In addition, the environment is getting worse and worse, there are more and more employees, but the company needs fewer and fewer people, resulting in involution and falling prices. So the next few decades may be better, but there is still an oversupply problem. There is no premium for talent, and in the Internet industry, 35-year-old employees are already absolutely advanced, and if you can't become a front-line employee, it's hard to find a job. Therefore, many people are unaware of the problem, that is, they do not feel the sense of crisis that their work cannot continue every day. Because most frontline workers can't be promoted to second-line, and second-line workers are eliminated if they don't perform well.
As a result, most people lose their jobs in their 30s, and they have to face the choice of being self-employed or becoming small business owners, or engaging in manual labor such as Didi or food delivery, which can be too hard. As a result, the unemployment crisis has forced people to become independent workers.
Today, I would like to share some thoughts about my thoughts after leaving my job, why not go to work? First of all, high-intensity work should not be a normal state of a person, this is just a pathology of the current society. Secondly, if you want to get a high income, it is unrealistic to work part-time, because the upper limit of income is very low.
