On November 7, 1985, "Mr. Zombie" premiered in Hong Kong, and this small-cost film was originally snubbed. Although the plot setting of "Uncle Maoshan" has similarities with "Mr. Zombie", there are huge differences in substance. The movie takes place in the rich merchant Ren family in a small town in the Republic of China, and Old Lady Ren died mysteriously, and the legend is that he was possessed by evil spirits, so Miss Ren invited three uncles and apprentices to find out the cause of death. However, the plot of the movie begins to deviate from the main line, and various abrupt plots make the audience scratch their heads and seem to have no clear goal.
In the end, Old Lady Ren turned into a zombie and attacked people everywhere. In a series of twists and turns, Ninth Uncle finally found the real murderer under the guidance of the director. It turned out that the murderer turned out to be Chizuru Michichief, and his apprentice had a strange illness and needed to drink blood every day to alleviate the condition. For the sake of the apprentice, the Thousand Crane Daoist first killed Old Lady Ren, and then created the illusion of a zombie, in fact, let the apprentice disguise himself as a zombie to bite.
Lou Nanguang in the movie is also shown. He played the security captain again, but this time the role was mainly used to create a side scene, and every time he appeared, it would involve a passionate scene with the post-95 actress Zhu Xinwish or a funny plot that was broken by the ninth uncle. What is puzzling is that Lou Nanguang is over sixty years old, but he still has to shoot this kind of meat selling scene, which makes people wonder why.
To sum up, Lou Nanguang shot seven bad films in a row, and his performance in his later years was disappointing. In 2021, Qian Xiaohao filmed "Mr. One Eyebrow" to "pay" to Uncle Ying's "One Eyebrow Taoist".
