In order to ensure the smooth development of the operation, on September 7, the Zouping Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade held a case lead analysis meeting to analyze and study the clues of tourism market cases collected through short video platforms such as Kuaishou and Douyin and WeChat Moments, and carefully arranged and deployed the early morning operation.
At 4 a.m. on September 8, the law enforcement officers gathered and successively set up cards at the bus station and the Zoupingdong service area of the expressway to inspect the chartered tourists, focusing on whether there was unauthorized travel agency business, whether tourism contracts were signed with tourism consumers, and whether there were unreasonable low-cost tours. A total of 15 law enforcement personnel, 4 law enforcement vehicles, 3 chartered tourist buses were inspected, 5 tour guide leaders and 3 tour consumers were questioned on the spot, 2 clues were found to be suspected of illegal tourism business activities, 1 case was handled on the spot, and others are being investigated and handled.
In the next step, Zouping City will continue to increase the intensity of law enforcement inspections of the tourism market, strengthen joint law enforcement inspections, follow up and verify the clues collected and sorted out in the early stage, and investigate and deal with them according to law.
