Zhou Mingrong, born in Zhejiang in 1962, is a national first-class artist, a professor-level senior engineer, and a senior inheritor of intangible cultural heritage Chinese painting; Director of the Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Vice President of Beijing Jinghuage Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Vice President of Beijing Ancient and Modern Hanmo Calligraphy and Painting Academy, editorial board member of "New Literature and Art" magazine of the New Literature and Art Group Calligraphy and Painters Working Committee of the China Calligraphy and Painters Association; Deputy Secretary-General of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the China Yinglian Society; Director of the Professional Committee of Calligraphy and Painting Art of the Chinese Ethnic Architecture Research Association, member of the Association for the Promotion of Chinese Traditional Culture, specially appointed calligrapher and painter of Beijing Hurun International Art Appraisal Center, chief expert of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Examination Center, and visiting professor of CCTV "Art Inheritance" column.
