The observation team successively went to the Huanggou Liquor Industry Transformation and Upgrading Project, Shanda Printing Technology Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 150,000 tons of commercial intelligent digital print projects and Keyuan Electronics' annual output of 15,000 tons of electronic aluminum foil transformation, annual output of 12 million square meters of corrosion foil, and annual output of 7,000 tons of aluminum sulfate water purifier project, walked into the enterprise workshop, project site, through listening to reports, on-site observation, in detail about the development of Yongcheng's leading industries, emerging industry cultivation, investment attraction and major project landing since this year. As well as observing the investment scale, scientific and technological content, construction progress, production and operation, and realization of benefits of the project.
At the observation point of the Huanggou liquor industry transformation and upgrading project, Gao Dali reported on the development of the city's leading industries, the cultivation of emerging industries, the investment promotion and the landing of major projects this year. Gao Dali said: Since the Sixth Party Congress of Shangqiu City was convened, Yongcheng has conscientiously implemented the three strategic positioning requirements of "walking in front" put forward by Secretary Li Guosheng to Yongcheng, firmly established the concept of "project is king," adhered to the result orientation, actively planned the "six new" projects around the development goals of the "three ones," and rapidly promoted the healthy development of the economy and society. In the first three quarters, 171 major projects completed an investment of 20.3 billion yuan, an annual investment completion rate of 100%, signed 59 new industrial projects, and started construction of 46; the city's GDP completed 53.9 billion yuan, fiscal revenue of 3.5 billion yuan, and is confident that at the end of the year, it will complete the goal of 70 billion yuan of GDP and 5 billion yuan of fiscal revenue, ensuring that Yongcheng always walks in the first phalanx of the province.
Gao Dali said that in the next step, Yongcheng will conscientiously implement the activity requirements of "10,000 people helping 10,000 enterprises" and "enterprise service days", self-pressure through the "three batches" working mechanism, and take multiple measures to encourage party members and cadres to devote themselves to the front line of investment promotion and project construction, stimulate work enthusiasm, build a high-quality professional cadre team, and provide talent support for the high-quality development of Yongcheng.
