The realm is high, as if a person stands higher than others, he can naturally see far; With a large belly, it can avoid many deep ditches and dangerous pits on the road of life; Only when the mind is sharp can we see through fallacies and sophistry; Only by looking at everything lightly can we be self-sustaining, measured, and become a cultivated person.
01. Have a realm and see far.
The realm includes a person's pattern and vision, and the higher the realm, the farther one can see.
The realm is high, as if a person stands higher than others, and naturally can see far!

Shen Qishi said, "Isn't it your shoes?" He took it with a smile and put it back on his feet.
Su Dongpo appreciated Shen Dashi's belly and thought that "everything should be handled like Shen Qi's".

With a large belly and a wide view, they can avoid many deep ditches and dangerous pits on the road of life, and such people often seek blessings without intention, and do not seek to avoid disasters but have no disasters.
03. There is a sharp edge, you can see through.
Ideas must be sharp in order to see through fallacies and sophistry, and to demonstrate the power of reflection and criticism.
It is necessary to be sharp in dealing with people, in order to see through hypocrisy and ulterior motives.
Sharp, not good; It's not good to have no edge. People always have to be a little sharp, a person has a good temper, does not know how to refuse, how to do, others will not take him seriously.
Being kind to others is not weakness, but being kind but tough, convenient with others without losing one's own position and principles.
There's nothing inherently wrong with kindness, but it has to be a little sharp.
When showing kindness and launching good deeds, see the other person clearly and don't let your kindness be trampled on by others.
For those who see your goodness and thus exploit you at will, your kindness, they just treat you as weak and deceptive. To give them tolerance is to them to be indulgent; The kindness given to them is to let them go.
True kindness is not responsive, not a brain-like help, not accommodation, it should be wise, it should be moderate.
If kindness is not carried out selectively and discriminately, it can only become a weakness of people, and many times you must first learn to protect yourself.
Confucius said, "Repay virtue with virtue" and "repay grievances with directness", sometimes, we have to collect our own compassion, and in the face of some evil, we should not easily squander our goodness.
04. Be cultivated and look light.
The ancients said: "The cultivation of kung fu is deep, and the gentleman is self-sustaining." ”

If you look lightly, it is not important to gain or lose honor and disgrace, and know how to make a way for yourself and others, so that each other can walk well, so as not to meet each other in a narrow way and fall into the water.
If you look lightly, you will not force others to understand, drink wine when you know your confidant, chant poetry to people, and you don't have to bend your waist for five buckets of rice.
Look lightly, do something, do nothing, look half-open, drink slightly drunk, blame yourself with a heart of responsibility, forgive others with a heart of forgiveness.
Look lightly, sing about wine, geometry of life, drink alcohol when you drink, sing and sing.
Life can only be understood through experience, only if you know will you cherish it, treat the past as a hangover, let love and hate become flowers, look down on everything, everything is the past smoke.
If everything is seen lightly, there will be less loss, less trouble, more satisfaction, more happiness, and cultivation!
