At the same time, Yan Xianqing, general manager of Tencent's social collaboration product department and head of Tencent Docs, announced that Tencent Docs currently has more than 200 million monthly active users, and users have created more than 4.5 billion documents, serving more than 1 million enterprises and organizations.

It has been more than 40 years since the release of the first document version of Microsoft Office, and the form of documents has been continuously iterated and enriched, covering professional "layout documents" represented by Microsoft Office, and lightweight "streaming documents" that have been widely used by everyone in recent years. Yan Xianqing said that in order to allow users to switch freely between various document forms, Tencent Docs has developed a "dual-core editing engine" exclusively to support browser and client ports to view and collaborate on the same document, which is well compatible with different documents online and local, and also makes cloud storage and collaboration more responsive. Based on this engine, users can directly open or edit Office documents through the Tencent Document Client, achieving the ultimate experience of local seconds. Whether it is used offline, or uploaded to the cloud for online collaboration and cross-device collaboration, it can achieve format compatibility, and can also seamlessly integrate and associate with new innovative document categories, such as smart documents and smart forms, so that cross-document operations can be smooth.
In addition, Yan Xianqing also shared the latest progress of Tencent Docs in intelligent applications. In mid-August, Tencent Docs officially released its AI capability, which is the first to be embedded in smart documents in the form of a "smart assistant", which can support heading-based intelligent writing, as well as content induction, supplementary editing and continuation, etc., to improve document writing efficiency. In the future, intelligent assistants will also enter more application scenarios, such as text, intelligent processing of table data, PPT beautification, mind map generation, etc., making creation easier and easier.
