First of all, in terms of health monitoring, Nova Ring can now monitor a total of five physiological health index data, the basic data includes heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, heart rate variability, and the algorithm data includes sleep and stress values.
Among them, the two data of heart rate and heart rate variability are automatically monitored around the clock, and you can see the heart rate curve changing by day, week, and month in the app.
