When he first joined, because of the lack of professional knowledge and skills in baby-raising, he could only do some auxiliary and cleaning work, but Wu Liqun was very diligent and hardworking, coupled with the importance of "scientific parenting" in the community in Xietu Street, it didn't take long for Wu Liqun to be sent to the Xuhui District Childcare Service Guidance Center for observation and learning. After a semester of immersion in teaching and learning, Wu Liqun accumulated a lot of teaching materials and teaching skills, and she successfully passed the four-level examination for nursery workers and officially took up the post with a certificate.
Within two years of joining the company, Wu Liqun also obtained a senior certificate as a nursery worker and a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate. "Through professional and systematic learning, I have learned a lot of parenting methods that combine education and medicine, learned to observe and analyze the behavior of children and parents, and choose appropriate intervention methods to provide parenting support strategies."
Since 2019, Wu Liqun has served as the leader of the Xuhui District Community Scientific Parenting Guidance Teaching and Research Group, organized community teachers in various streets and towns, carried out nearly 30 online and offline teaching and research activities, and conducted discussions on topics such as "regional game environment creation", "implementation of parent-child collective activities", "consultative early education guidance" and "observation and recording methods" through theoretical learning, on-site observation, case analysis, micro-grid observation, etc., and kept pace with the development of scientific parenting and education concepts, updating parenting knowledge, Improve career skills.
