On September 1, the producer of "The Voice of China", Canxing Culture, commissioned a lawyer to issue a statement to refute rumors.
The lawyer firm stated that the statement on the online rumor-mongering behavior on the Internet platform that deliberately fabricated and disseminated false information and damaged the client's image, such as the student's turnaround fee of 500,000 yuan, the student's 30 million yuan to buy the championship, the control of the good voice by overseas capital, the withdrawal of the good voice mentor, the compensation of the sponsor 700 million yuan, and the staff being taken away, etc., are all rumors, which are malicious fabrications to mislead the public and cause huge economic losses to Canxing Culture.
The statement pointed out that after investigation, it was found that most of the accounts that spread rumors were registered in August this year.
The lawyer's statement revealed that evidence had been collected, accepted the entrustment to file a civil lawsuit on his behalf, sued the court in accordance with the law to pursue responsibility, demanded that the infringing entity delete the relevant content, and the relevant platform stopped providing dissemination services for rumors.
It is reported that this is the second statement of "The Voice of China" producer Fang Canxing Culture, after the program team responded to the Li Min recording incident, saying that there had been a misunderstanding with it but it had been eliminated, saying that the recording was malicious editing.
The lawyer's statement pointed out that "relevant rumors have caused huge economic losses to the client", presumably referring to two aspects, on the one hand, Zhejiang Satellite TV announced the suspension of broadcasting earlier, which directly disrupted the broadcast arrangement of the program group and the broadcast of endorsement advertisements, on the other hand, the stock price of Star Chinese, the parent company of Canxing Culture, plummeted, from HK$124 to HK$24.7 on September 1, with a market value of less than 10 billion, directly evaporating tens of billions of market value, which can be described as a heavy loss.
On August 25, Star Chinese issued an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to stabilize the sentiment of shareholders, saying that it fully supports Zhejiang Satellite TV's decision and actively cooperates and provides all assistance.
Previously, it was rumored that Zhou Huajian had withdrawn from the program group, and the program group had removed his avatar, but Zhou Huajian's agent quickly denied it, saying that he had not terminated his contract and would continue to serve as the mentor of this season.
On September 1, the online host Hua Shao was taken away for investigation, and the news spread wildly, Hua Shao issued a document denying it, and publicly positioned himself to prove his innocence.
