Jing Chu Net (Hubei Daily) News (Reporter Li Yan Correspondent Jiang Miao) In order to inherit and carry forward the red culture and guide young people to establish the ideal and belief of patriotism and serving the country, recently, the post and telecommunications community of Baishazhou Street, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, and the Miaomiao Meow Planet Science Popularization Research Platform carried out popular science research and practice activities, inviting 20 groups of parent-child families in the jurisdiction to Jinkou Town, Jiangxia District, to visit the patriotic education base - Zhongshan Ship Museum.

"Zhongshan Ship", formerly known as "Yongfeng Ship", is a generation of famous ships in modern Chinese history named after Dr. Sun Yat-sen. Following the steps of the docent, the children, teenagers and parents visited the salvaged and restored Zhongshan ship and its precious cultural relics, each item and picture seemed to tell the years of the Anti-Japanese War, and gained an in-depth understanding of the historical events experienced by the Zhongshan ship such as the movement to protect the country, the movement to protect the law, the disaster of Sun Yat-sen in Guangzhou, and the Battle of Wuhan. At the same time, during the visit, everyone learned that the Zhongshan ship is an important historical witness of China's modern history, and witnessed Dr. Sun Yat-sen's indomitable and unceasing achievements for the independence of the country and the liberation of the nation.

On October 24, 1938, the "Zhongshan Ship" was sunk by six Japanese aircraft while patrolling the Yangtze River basin in Jinkou Town, Wuchang, and it was silent underwater for more than 60 years before seeing the light of day. From the film, everyone deeply felt the mission and heroism of the revolutionary ancestors for national independence, national liberation, and bloody battle.
