On August 27, the Liping County Fire Rescue Brigade conducted a special fire safety inspection of the B&B and inn in Zhaoxing Dongzhai Scenic Area in Liping County.
After inspection, it was found that some farmhouses (homestays) inside and outside the Zhaoxing Dongzhai Scenic Area did not set up or equip fire protection facilities in accordance with relevant regulations, and did not perform fire safety responsibilities in accordance with the law, which brought potential safety hazards to the ecological safety of the scenic spot and the personal and property safety of the people.
Subsequently, the fire supervisor took photos of the whole process of the place with potential fire safety hazards to collect evidence, clearly required the person responsible for the place to immediately organize rectification, and temporarily sealed the place. At the same time, the person in charge of the place was informed that after the rectification was completed, the seal could only be lifted after the fire department passed the inspection, and the person in charge of the place said that he would attach great importance to fire safety work.
In this inspection, the Liping County Fire Rescue Brigade inspected 12 homestays in Zhaoxing Scenic Area, found 9 homestays with fire hazards, temporarily sealed 9, and issued 9 rectification notices.
