A teacher at Xianghe Road First Complete Primary School said that since the establishment of the primary school five years ago, the four surrounding roads leading to Xianghe Road and Zhengxin Expressway are in an unfinished state, and Longhu No. 4 Middle School across the wall has also been affected.

In June this year, the Supervision Bureau of the Xinzheng Municipal People's Government replied on the online political platform that the road project had stopped work due to the construction unit's financial problems, and that the Education Park Management Committee (Longhu Town) had raised part of the project funds for it, and the next step would be to urge the construction unit to continue to raise funds and resume construction as soon as possible.
On August 30, a top news reporter contacted Xinzheng Longhu Town, and a staff member in charge of publicity said that on the afternoon and evening of August 29, Longhu Town took a series of temporary measures, including pumping water, dredging, filling in potholes with stones, and paving temporary roads to ensure the normal travel of teachers and students.
