Form a Biological Defense Force to explore how to deal with a new type of biological warfare
Text/Peng Guangqian
The new coronavirus pneumonia is raging, causing disaster to the land of Shenzhou and involving no less than an all-out war. This is the second major biological disaster facing China after the SARS raid in 2003. It is very strange that the SARS virus of that year was like an eye, specializing in infecting Asian races, and it came without a trace, went without a shadow, and still did not understand where it came from and where it was hiding. This time the new coronavirus pneumonia suddenly came out of China, and people still don't understand what it is. Why did its ghost linger in central China for so long?

General Peng Guangqian
Some people say that the virus of this plague was synthesized from the laboratory, and some people swear by it and categorically deny it. But so far, there is no conclusive evidence on both sides. Here we don't want to comment on who is right and who is wrong. I just want to remind the chinese people who are immersed in the peaceful and prosperous world that it is time to wake up. A devastating new biological extinction crisis with modern characteristics that is not easy to perceive has quietly emerged, and it can be said that a new biological war has arrived. Unlike historical warfare, the new type of biological warfare completely overturns the traditional concept of warfare. The threat of war can come from biological mutations or from evil hostility. There is no declaration of war, no fixed battlefield, no distinction between the army and the people, peacetime and wartime, favoring a specific ethnic group, the consequences are extinct, the killing is invisible, and the murderer may never be found.
With regard to the biological warfare that has already emerged, it is clear that we are mentally ill-prepared. In this regard, we must honestly take the Americans as our teachers. They are advanced in thinking, act quickly, have a complete set of theoretical systems, strategic plans, and combat plans, and are rare biological warfare instructors. As early as January 2001, George W. Bush announced his refusal to support the legally binding Biological Weapons Convention, clearing the way for the development of biological weapons. In June 2002 and July 2010, the US government twice issued the 21st Century Biodefense Program (Bussalin Plan). From 2001 to 2011, the U.S. government specifically allocated $60 billion to this program. This is a wake-up call for us.
The situation is urgent, and apart from immediate action we have already boasted of idleness. For the safety of 1.4 billion people's lives and the prosperity of the Chinese nation, it is necessary to seriously consider the strategic planning and strategic deployment of China's biological national defense. For example, the planning and establishment of China's Biological Defense Force, under the direct leadership and command of the Central Military Commission, as the pillar of China's response to the crisis and the defense of biological national defense, will concentrate and group the originally scattered anti-atom, anti-chemical, anti-bacteriological and other "three defenses" forces, unify local virus research institutions into the army establishment, and the whole country and the whole army will play a game of chess, and make arrangements for the research and deployment of new weapons such as virus weapons, genetic weapons, and genetically modified weapons, and strive to tackle key problems.
