It can be applied to knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, home textile products, decorative fabrics and other textiles. This product can inhibit the following bacteria: E. coli, Candida albicans, etc., effectively prevent the growth and reproduction of mites, and give textiles antibacterial and anti-mite functions

II. How to use
First, the antibacterial agent HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite is weighed, stirred and water is added, and then diluted to the required concentration, and the production is carried out according to the following process:
1. Dip rolling method
HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite 20-40g/L
Crosslinking agent HOLPOSON®HFM-2 20g/L
The pH is around 6
Rolling rate 70-80%
The process is dried at 110°C and then shaped at 150°C for 60-90 seconds
2. Impregnation method
HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite 1-3%
Crosslinker HOLPOSON®HFM-2 1-2%
The pH is around 6
Craft bath ratio 1:10
Treatment conditions: 20 °C impregnation treatment for 20-30 minutes, dehydration (liquid rate 60-100%), drying.
3. Spraying method
Formulated into a solution of 50-60g/L (according to the actual situation, the corresponding required concentration) is sprayed on the surface of the product to be treated, and naturally dried or dried.
Notes
1. Use cold water or warm water (about 30-40 °C) when making materials, which can ensure good processing stability and antibacterial effect of the product.
2. However, if some additives such as fiber matting agents are used, the finishing effect will be reduced; Or the fabric structure is too loose, which also has an impact on antimicrobial detection.
3. When used in combination with other anionic additives, please confirm the compatibility stability by preparing the sample.
Storage
HOLPOSON® Black Widow Mite Packing: 25KG plastic drum, storage period of 12 months. Store indoors, avoid high temperature and cold.
