In September 2021, Lezhuo Hydraulics entered the stage of China's hydraulic market and began a journey of leapfrog development. After more than one year of rapid development, on December 8, 2022, Bosch Rexroth and Weifu Hi-Tech Group jointly invested, and Lezhuo Powerway Hydraulic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of 440 million yuan, which is the carrier of Bosch hydraulic projects. The company relies on the advantages of Bosch Rexroth hydraulic technology and the cost advantages of Chinese partners to help China's industrial foundation projects. The main products include mobile hydraulic products, industrial hydraulic products, etc. It is expected that sales will reach RMB 1.4 billion in 2025 and an annual new tax payment of RMB 120 million.
