It may be that some of the poetic techniques in the Qianlong poetry collection are not bad, but due to his particularity in terms of position, aesthetics, and emotions, it is difficult to arouse people's resonance, so except for a few powerful people, there are very few folk reciters.
Qianlong liked to write poetry so much, and of course the courtiers had to serve him in writing poetry. During the southern tour, at the festival ceremony, ministers and courtiers competed to present poems and praise taiping, and Qianlong often took the opportunity to give poems to the ministers to show off their talents, connect feelings, and sometimes organize larger joint sentence activities for kings and courtiers. Once, the first sentence of Qianlong's "Hongjun Qi Turning to Xie Shao Nian" rhymed with "first", and each sentence was linked into a hundred sentences, and the whole passage was no longer ideological and coherent, and it was completely a pile of auspicious words.
Qianlong was about to abdicate in the sixty years, and Hongli was satisfied with his lifelong Wenzhi martial arts and the fifth royal family, and wrote a "Chinese New Year's Eve":
On this day, Qianlong Xi, the Ming Dynasty's Jiaqing Year. Ancient and modern, the heavens and the earth are en-existent. Parents dare to say thank you, and their hearts are pious. The old man said that sixty lucky can be complete.
Selected from the "Continuation of the History of the Qing Palace", volume 12, after which the White Lotus Sect revolted, the scale became larger and larger, Qianlong was grumpy until his death, and in the fourth year of Jiaqing, he wrote a masterpiece:
"Wangjie" has been traveling for three years, and the real number should not be guessed. The cult is a mistake, and the officers and troops have suppressed it. Selected from volume 20 of the "Yu Collection of Imperial Poems of Emperor Gaozong", the old emperor Qianlong finally died in disappointment with his literary dreams and Taiping dreams.
