50 new authoritative cases of the Supreme People's Court
The promulgation, revision and repeal of the Civil Code and related judicial interpretations and normative judicial documents directly or indirectly involve bankruptcy claims, bankruptcy estates and other substantive issues of bankruptcy law, affecting the accurate understanding and application of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law. In this regard, the editor has comprehensively sorted out, deleted the invalid documents in the first edition, added the Civil Code and revised and newly formulated judicial interpretations (such as the Interpretation of the Civil Code Guarantee System), and revised, supplemented and improved the key points and notes corresponding to the legal provisions according to the new provisions. Although the amendments to the newly promulgated Civil Procedure Law and the Interpretation of the Civil Procedure Law have little to do with bankruptcy practice, the editor has also replaced the corresponding legal documents and added new and old reminders to a large number of law-related articles. In addition, the personal bankruptcy system is being piloted at the local level, and this revision also includes documents related to personal bankruptcy issued by Guangdong, Zhejiang and other places in a timely manner.
