At that time, our party wanted to fight the war wholeheartedly, so it was not afraid of any risks and was willing to make temporary concessions for the sake of national righteousness.
However, Chiang Kai-shek's plan to encroach on our party has never stopped, and taking advantage of the weakness of the rear forces in northern Shaanxi this time, he wants to "destroy it in one fell swoop."
And He Shaonan, a well-known "friction expert", is just in time for a period of tension between the two parties.
As a soldier, he did not want to defend his home and defend the country and kill the enemy in battle, but instead studied every day how to provoke contradictions between the two sides and create so-called reasonable motives for the Kuomintang to suppress the Communist Party, which was really shameless.
However, his various shameless deeds fit Chiang Kai-shek's psychology and were appreciated and used, and He Shaonan became more and more proud, and came up with the loss of building the headquarters of the Nationalist army in Suide.
Because Suide's geographical location is directly in front of Yan'an, occupying here is equivalent to guarding the "southern gate" of our party, making our party a fish on the chopping board;
In addition, Suide was originally one of the bases of our party, and although the main force of the Eighth Route Army was later diverted to North China, its prestige remained, and in the hearts of the Suide people, the Communist Party was the true aspiration of the people.
He Shaonan feared that in the long run, Suide would become the second Yan'an, and it would be more difficult to encroach on the power of the Communist Party.
Therefore, I want to take the opportunity to occupy Suide and drive a wedge between the Communist Party and the local people, so as to achieve the ugly goal of weakening the power of our Party.
Chiang Kai-shek listened to He Shaonan's suggestion and let him take over the garrison of Suide, although it was still the original unit of our party responsible for defense work, but the actual authority was in the hands of He Shaonan, the "Commissioner of Suide."
During his term of office, he tried everything possible to create contradictions, ostensibly supporting the unification of the anti-war relations between the two parties, and also served as the chairman of the Suide branch of the Anti-Japanese War Support Association, doing some false superficial efforts to coax the people.
However, under the banner of protecting regional security, he recruited all kinds of local bandits to form a security team, which was planted in the streets and alleys of Suide to deliberately create incidents, causing panic and a crisis of trust among the people, so as to fish in troubled waters.
But if it is just to engage in these "small actions" that cannot be put on the table, He Shaonan still can't distinguish between good and bad enemies and the overall situation of resisting Japan, and he can't wait to wear "a pair of pants" with the Japanese army.
He studied at the Japanese Non-Commissioned Officer School, and many of the later Japanese generals who invaded China were old classmates.
Therefore, they deliberately colluded with the Japanese troops stationed in the eastern part of the Yellow River and asked them to send troops to attack the communist garrison at the Yellow River crossing.
Once it is broken, it will not only dampen the strength of our Party, but also cure the serious crime of losing the defense of the river, and take the opportunity to drive out all the troops of our Party stationed in the area of Suide.
After the war began, He Shaonan deliberately cut off the connection between Yan'an and Jinsui, leaving our party army in a situation of isolation and helplessness.
Fortunately, our army knew the geographical location, and after a bloody battle, the ferry port was saved.
Afterwards, our party realized that He Shaonan led wolves into the house and wanted to kill people with a knife, but for the sake of the overall situation of the war of resistance, it could only continue to endure.
However, He Shaonan intensified his efforts and directly held a meeting in Suide, making shameless remarks that "the Japanese army is not terrible, what is terrible is the Communist Party, and we came to Suide to fight with the Communist Party to the death."
After that, a series of despicable actions were launched in Suide, putting up reactionary slogans, assassinating communists, and promoting landlord bullies close to the Kuomintang to officials... It made Suide a miasma, and the people were panicked.
Our Party troops and progressives were deeply persecuted and reported to the Party Central Committee after they could not bear it.
He Shaonan was immediately afraid, so he wanted Chiang Kai-shek to give an order to withdraw all the communist troops stationed in Suide from the garrison, but unexpectedly met with strong opposition from the local people.
After the treacherous plan failed, He Shaonan made another poisonous plan, and even pretended to be a soldier of the Eighth Route Army to rob, but was captured on the spot by our army.
Seeing that the matter was revealed, He Shaonan simply tore off the mask and led his thirteen security regiments to sneak up on the Eighth Route Army troops in the Suide Garrison.
But stealing chickens is not a loss of rice, and in the end, his own security group is almost destroyed.
He Shaonan escaped by chance, fearing that he would be punished and insulted after the East Window incident, so he fled Suide with the remaining rabble.
At this point, the biggest "moths" and "pests" in Suide left, and the local area was finally able to carry out anti-Japanese work peacefully.
But He Shaonan's wolf ambition did not mean to converge at all, and continued to move to new places to "stir up the storm".
Unwelcome "scum in the army"
After the defense of Nanjing, the Japanese army did not have much advantage in the hands of the Chinese army, and gave up the idea of quickly occupying China by war.
began to support the puppet emperor to establish a puppet state of Manchukuo, and colonized the northeast region of the mainland in disguise, and the battlefield confrontation on the surface temporarily ceased.
At that time, it was a good time to purge the army and rise up to resist, but a large number of weak Kuomintang surrenderers emerged and committed adultery and traitor in the name of "saving the country with a curve."
Wang Jingwei was the number one traitor and was spurned by the people of the whole country.
Chiang Kai-shek also insisted that "foreign countries must first settle the inside," and aimed the spearhead at our party, and held the Fifth Plenary Session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Kuomintang in 1939, putting forward the policy principle of "dissolving the communists, preventing the communists, limiting the communists, and opposing the communists."
Together with warlords in various places, a new round of "white terror" was launched to encircle and suppress the communists, and countless comrades fell under the guns of "their own people."
At that time, General Peng was the deputy commander-in-chief of the 18th Group Army and was invited by the Kuomintang side to go to Xi'an to discuss further anti-Japanese war work with Cheng Qian, director of the Tianshui Battalion.
Who knew that when passing through Sanyuan County on the way, the vehicle was impounded by Kuomintang agents.
So angry that he questioned the agent on the spot:
"Who gave you the order to inspect and seize the truck of the deputy commander-in-chief of the Eighteenth Group?"
The task of these spies is to create contradictions between the two parties, so they always deliberately provoke and find fault, thinking that our party will continue to tolerate their identity.
He never thought that Mr. Peng would not buy their account at all, so he directly ordered the spies to be arrested, and then continued to drive to Xi'an.
As a result, as soon as the two sides met, Mr. Peng noticed that a lieutenant general behind Cheng Qian was looking at him unscrupulously.
Ben wanted to ask who this person was, so Cheng Qian introduced him first:
"This is He Shaonan, Commissioner of Suidelai."

Cheng Qian understood Mr. Peng's hint, and also understood that it was not good to continue this infighting in the long run, and persuaded him to pay attention to the overall situation, and neither side should excessively consume internal before the external enemy was cleared, otherwise he would become a sinner of the nation.
After getting Cheng Qian's assurance and attitude, Mr. Peng gave up this time, but he didn't forget to warn He Shaonan when he left:
"Dare to go back to Suide to do things, be careful that the people arrest you and go to public trial!"
This remark scared He Shaonan into the atmosphere, and later did not dare to return to Suide, it can be seen that he is also a greedy person who is afraid of death.
Justice is in people's hearts
He Shaonan is notorious and fierce, usually relying on currying favor with Chiang Kai-shek to do evil, and if he really encounters hard stubble, he kneels faster than anyone, which is a typical "traitor style".
Not only did Mr. Peng look at him unfavorably, but General Wang Zhen also looked down on him.
In 1940, Wang Zhen was sent to the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia region to guard the military security of the Party Central Committee and the surrounding areas.
At that time, the relationship between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party further deteriorated, and although Wang Zhen was stationed in the territory under the jurisdiction of our Party, he was still surrounded by the shadow of the rule of the Kuomintang.
All kinds of provocations and killings continued, and the officers and men of our army were deeply disturbed by them.
And He Shaonan is a "friction expert" who fanned the flames.
On weekdays, he passively resisted Japan, only concerned with creating big and small contradictions in the surrounding counties, so as to provoke wars and incidents, intentionally or unintentionally threatened the normal work of our party, and was denounced by the people as "a traitor worse than Wang Jingwei."
One day, at a banquet between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, Wang Zhen met the notorious He Shaonan, and he was very disgusted in his heart and unwilling to deal with this kind of scum.
He Shaonan himself wanted to find something to do, and wanted to deliberately embarrass Wang Zhen in the name of toasting, but he didn't expect to hit the muzzle again.
Wang Zhen directly ignored the wine glass handed over by He Shaonan, and sarcastically returned in front of many officials:
"You don't need to drink wine, after all, it's too much to meet a friction expert like you!"
He Shaonan was embarrassed and angry on the spot, but Wang Zhen was killed on the battlefield, where would he be afraid of a fox fake tiger power villain like him.
He simply threw the wine glass he handed over to the ground, rolled up his sleeves and scolded He Shaonan for not being a Chinese, not daring to resist Japan, only daring to hide behind and play with the Communist Party, a complete traitor, if he does not know how to converge in the future, he will definitely not be able to eat and go.
After scolding, Wang Zhen lifted the wine table and left, leaving He Shaonan angry and afraid, eager to find a seam to drill into.
Unfortunately, there was no one present to support him, so he could only flee again in ashes.
He Shaonan was notorious throughout the northern Shaanxi border region, and even Chairman Mao sent a telegram to Chiang Kai-shek.
He said that "criminals" like He Shaonan should be brought to justice, circuit courts should be organized, and representatives of the people should be allowed to participate in the trial, and only by putting them on the ground can they be righteous!
But in the end, He Shaonan survived by luck for various reasons, adding many obstacles to the great cause of the nation and the country.
It was not until after the founding of New China that reactionaries like him were apprehended and brought to justice.
In 1954, after layers of public trials and approvals by relevant departments, He Shaonan's crimes were overwhelmingly proved, and he was finally sentenced to death.
The eradication of the people's "public pollution" is simply a great joy!

Although He Shaonan did not openly surrender to the enemy and sell the country like Wang Jingwei, under the danger of his home country invaded by foreign enemies, he fanned the flames everywhere to create contradictions, which brought great obstacles and impacts to the entire situation of the War of Resistance and also slandered countless revolutionary comrades.
Such defection is no different from traitor and should also be punished by the people and justice.
He Shaonan was one of the "reactionary bad elements" of that era, like a microcosm of that group, through which he could see through thousands of reactionaries.
