This year's exhibition has 15 pavilions, namely the opening ceremony hall, the South Asia pavilion, the Southeast Asia pavilion, the overseas pavilion, as well as the regional cooperation hall, resource economy hall, park economy hall, port economy hall, biomedicine and health hall, cultural tourism hall, plateau characteristic modern agriculture hall, digital economy hall, advanced manufacturing hall 9 professional pavilions and 2 pavilions of "never-ending South Expo". The exhibition area is a total of 150,000 square meters, and the content of the offline exhibition hall is displayed online.
According to the practice of the South China Expo, the South Asia theme country pavilion and the Southeast Asian guest of honor pavilion are set up simultaneously, and the theme country of this South Expo is Nepal, and Myanmar is the guest country.
There will be 14 in-session events during the exhibition. In addition to the opening ceremony and other 3 special activities, 8 professional forums will be held, including the 4th China-South Asia Cooperation Forum, the 2023 Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Corridor Governors' Forum, the 16th China-South Asia Business Forum, the 4th China-South Asia Technology Transfer and Innovation Cooperation Conference, the 9th China-South Asia Southeast Asia Think Tank Forum, the 5th China-Southeast Asia Business Forum, the 2nd RCEP International Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum, and the 4th New Era Border Opening Forum. and three supporting activities, such as the signing ceremony of economic and trade cooperation projects, will release a number of research reports on promoting common development, cooperation initiatives and other important conference outcomes.
It is worth mentioning that at this year's South Expo, the Cultural Tourism Center set up a Yunnan opera and lantern exhibition area for the first time, combining live performances with theater exhibits to comprehensively display Yunnan's traditional opera culture and art and cultural products. At the same time, singers and dancers from 16 prefectures and cities in the province, as well as national and provincial intangible cultural heritage inheritors, will also perform in the exhibition area of the cultural tourism center, fully displaying the intangible cultural heritage style and ethnic culture of various places.

The national image exhibition area of Nepal, the theme country, covers an area of 600 square meters, and the theme of "Kingdom Under the Snowy Mountains" is mainly reflected in the design of the entire image exhibition area. The exhibition area is mainly colored by ochre red in Nepal's characteristic buildings, applying Newvali architectural style to the booth design, and using three-dimensional multi-layer artistic techniques to display Nepal's characteristic landmark buildings, and the mountain-shaped fence highlights Nepal's rolling mountains. The reporter saw that multimedia technology was used in the Nepal national image exhibition area, which comprehensively displayed Nepal's unique charm such as cultural customs, natural scenery and cultural heritage.
"In terms of the specifications of the conference, it used to be held alternately between the South Expo and the Business Fair, but from this year, the South Expo will be held every year, and the specifications of the conference will continue to improve." There are many agricultural products and pharmaceutical products merchants in the museum, among which the tea industry and the pharmaceutical industry are located in a prominent position at the side entrance.
Hall 2 Port Economic Hall
It will display the advanced experience and successful cases of relevant countries and regions and relevant provinces (autonomous regions) and municipalities in developing port economy, the economic advantages and future development potential of Yunnan port, and the achievements of Yunnan in promoting the construction of smart ports, the construction of Kunming International Dry Port, the linkage development of ports and open platforms along the border, and the expansion of cross-border trade and logistics scale. At present, the decorative gates on both sides of the hall have been installed, workers are transporting green plants to various exhibition areas, and Yunnan Internet of Things, China Telecom and other enterprises have settled in the hall.
Hall 3 Park Economic Hall
Display the advanced experience and successful cases of relevant countries and regions, relevant provinces (autonomous regions) and municipalities in the development of the park economy, the development status and development potential of 17 national development zones and 72 provincial development zones in Yunnan, and publicize the development advantages of the park, key industries, investment promotion policies, etc. At present, the decoration of the museum is highly completed, the whole is mainly blue and white, and has been settled in various economic and technological development zones and high-tech industrial development zones in Yunnan.
Hall 4 Digital Economy Hall
Display the image of the world's top 500 and domestic top 500 digital economy enterprises, focus on the construction of digital economy, digital government, digital culture, digital society and digital ecological civilization, and show the measures and achievements made to vigorously promote the construction of "Digital Yunnan" and accelerate the integration into the "Digital Silk Road". In the exhibition hall, there are Yunnan Net, Nantian Information and Yunnan Baiyao and other institutions settled in. Yunnan Baiyao staff said that Yunnan Baiyao participated in the South Expo for the first time, hoping to let everyone understand the innovation of Yunnan Baiyao digitalization through the South Expo.
Hall 5 Advanced Manufacturing Pavilion
Display the domestic and foreign new energy batteries, new materials, artificial intelligence, green aluminum, green silicon, advanced equipment manufacturing, new energy vehicles, biological products and other industries. The museum has been settled in Yunnan Yanshan Industrial Park, Qujing Economic Development Zone and Yunnan Anning Industrial Park, and almost every exhibition area has installed LED screens, and the scene is mainly blue and white.
Hall 6 Southeast Asia Pavilion
It displays the characteristic commodities of Southeast Asian countries, the results of economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between China and Southeast Asian countries. At present, the decoration of the museum is relatively complete, the floor and ceiling have been cleaned up, and a decoration worker on the scene said that the decoration of the museum will be completed by the 15th at the latest.
Hall 7 Opening Ceremony Hall (including Theme Pavilion and Guest of Honor)
The opening ceremony was held to display the national image, cultural customs and characteristic products of the theme country and the guest country. Yesterday, Hall 7 has been basically decorated, and the seats are divided into the guest area, the VIP area and the guest area. Behind the main venue, there are image display areas of Nepal, the theme country of this year's South Expo, and Myanmar, the guest of honor.

Hall 9 Overseas Pavilion
Exhibit well-known enterprises, characteristic commodities, tourism products and services, scientific and technological achievements, economic and trade cooperation achievements, and people-to-people exchange achievements in relevant countries other than South and Southeast Asian countries, as well as Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Hall 10 Regional Cooperation Pavilion
It will focus on displaying the achievements of Yunnan's integration into regional cooperation such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle, and provide a platform for the advantageous resources and high-quality products of relevant provinces (regions) and municipalities. In Hall 10, the design of Ningxia, Hunan, Xinjiang, Tibet, Gansu, Shaanxi and other exhibition areas has its own characteristics.
The Ningxia exhibition area is based on the color of wood, embellished with ice blue, reflecting the simple Chinese design style. The Shaanxi exhibition area takes the shape of computer host equipment full of science and technology as the mimicry shape, supplemented by modern LED display and other multimedia, highlighting the new image of Shaanxi's grandeur, deep scientific and technological innovation heritage, vitality, dynamic and open.
With the theme of "Charismatic Corps, Building a Beautiful Home", the Aral City Exhibition Area of the First Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps introduced the feats of XPCC people in building a better homeland through videos, texts, pictures, and products.
The Shanghai exhibition area mainly displays the major achievements in intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, scientific and technological innovation in recent years. The booth is transparent on all sides, with blue and white as the main color, and the top gradient blue and white light strip is set off, which not only provides sufficient lighting atmosphere, but also adds a sense of modernity and technology.
Hall 11 Cultural Tourism Center
The cultural tourism hall covers an area of 10,000 square meters, and 189 cultural tourism enterprises have registered to participate in the exhibition. The museum is planned and built around the theme of "there is a life called Yunnan", which is composed of the prologue hall, the intangible cultural heritage project exhibition and performance area, the Yunnan lantern and Yunnan opera exhibition area, the smart tourism exhibition area, the prefecture and city cultural tourism image display area, the cultural tourism enterprise display area, the media matrix display area, and the cultural tourism commodity exhibition and sales area. Except for the standard booth in the cultural tourism commodity exhibition area, the rest are specially designed and built. As of August 10, 189 cultural tourism enterprises, including Tencent Holdings Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Leisure Travel Group, have registered to participate in the exhibition.
Among them, the prologue hall mainly displays Yunnan's achievements in promoting the high-quality development of cultural tourism, building a trillion-level modern tourism and cultural industry, and comprehensively building a "double strong province" in culture and tourism; The intangible cultural heritage items exhibition area will display national and provincial traditional craft intangible cultural heritage items, and carry out the exhibition and display of intangible cultural heritage inheritors of traditional music, dance and opera in Yunnan. The 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan will display their respective cultural tourism images in the prefecture and city cultural tourism image display areas, reflecting the image of Yunnan's "plant kingdom", "animal kingdom", "world garden", "tourism paradise" and healthy life tourism destination. The media matrix exhibition area mainly displays the achievements made by the media in promoting the high-quality development of cultural tourism in recent years.
Hall 12 Highland characteristic modern agricultural pavilion
Focusing on the modern agricultural industry and products with plateau characteristics, with graphic exhibition panels, introducing the industrial development and characteristic highlights of various places. At the same time, LED large screens are set up and multimedia means are fully used to comprehensively display the overall situation, development process and results of "green cloud products" in recent years. During the exhibition, flower check-in points will also be set up and consumption coupons will be distributed on site.
Hall 13 Biomedicine and Health Hall
Display advanced technologies and services in the field of medical and health at home and abroad, diversified consumption scenarios and product markets such as medical care, tourism and health care, rehabilitation and medical care, and promote the elderly care service industry in Yunnan.
Hall 14/15 "The South Expo that Never Ends" - South Asia and Southeast Asia Import Commodities Exhibition and Trading Center

The 7th China-South Asia Expo and the 27th China Kunming Import and Export Fair will be held in our city from August 16 to 20, 2023, in order to ensure public safety and aviation safety in our city during the event, and put an end to all kinds of "low, slow and small" aircraft illegal flight activities, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The "low, slow and small" aircraft referred to in this circular refer to small aircraft or aerial objects with all or part of the characteristics of "low-altitude ultra-low-altitude flight, slow flight speed, small size and not easy to be detected by radar", the main types are: light and ultralight aircraft, light helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, aeronautical models, gliders, delta wings, powered delta wings, paragliders, paramotors, manned hot air balloons, airships, air balloons, tethered balloons, etc.
2. In accordance with Article 35 of the Basic Rules of the People's Republic of China on Flight, all flight acts shall be applied for in advance and may only be carried out after approval. According to the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department's "Circular on Strengthening the Management of "Low, Slow and Small" Aircraft, those who use "low, slow and small" aircraft should go through the relevant procedures such as declaring flight plans to the Southern Theater Air Force or civil aviation management department in accordance with flight qualifications and airworthiness qualifications, and fly in strict accordance with the specified time period, area and altitude after approval.
3. From 0:00 on August 15, 2023 to 24:00 on August 20, 2023, in the enclosed area of the Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center in Kunming (South Ring Expressway, Yichanghong West Road, Yihuanhu East Road, Yifubao Road, and South Ring Expressway) and the surrounding area of 500 meters, the height is from the ground to the infinite height, a temporary air restriction area will be established, and all units, organizations and individuals are prohibited from using "low, slow and small" aircraft to carry out various flight activities. For flight activities with other work support and emergency operation needs, the relevant provisions of the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department's "Circular on Strengthening the Management of "Low, Slow and Small" Aircraft" shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department's "Circular on Strengthening the Management of "Low, Slow and Small" Aircraft", and only after examination and approval by the Southern Theater Air Force or civil aviation management department can they be implemented in accordance with the regulations.
4. Where flight activities are carried out in prohibited areas or restricted air areas in violation of regulations, the public security organs will cooperate with the air force, civil aviation and other departments to take emergency measures in accordance with law; Where a violation of public security administration is constituted, public security punishment shall be given in strict accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishments for Public Security; Where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with law.
