On August 13, at the construction site of the Xiongxin High-speed Railway Tonghe Special Bridge located in Dingxiang County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, with the XG-64 railway suspension bridge machine successfully completing the first section of the main pier of the bridge, the first suspension irrigation bridge machine applied to high-speed railway construction in Shanxi Province successfully realized aerial bridge construction, which is also the first time that Shanxi high-speed railway construction uses this technology.
Xiongxin high-speed railway Tonghe special bridge span the same river continuous beam total length of 208 meters, the maximum span of 64 meters, the main pier height of 28.5 meters to 30 meters, in order to ensure the safe and efficient progress of construction, XG-64 type upper bearing structure suspension irrigation bridge machine, the first time in the Xiongxin high-speed railway Shanxi section put into use.
During the construction period, the information center of the construction site can realize the walking of the bridge machine, formwork adjustment, line type monitoring, spray maintenance automation and the visualization of structural forces through big data, 5G and other technologies, so as to achieve real-time monitoring, accurate control and timely warning of the construction process.
According to the construction personnel, it took 8 days to assemble the suspension irrigation bridge machine, and it only took 6 hours for each section of the bridge building machine formwork to be adjusted, saving 48 hours and 6 hours respectively compared with the original traditional process, greatly reducing labor and mechanical input, and improving the comprehensive work efficiency by more than 20%.
Xiongxin high-speed railway connects Xiong'an New Area of Hebei Province and Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, is an important part of the Beijing-Kunming channel of the mainland's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, the total length of the main line is about 342 kilometers, of which about 122 kilometers in Shanxi, is the first high-speed railway in Shanxi Province with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, which is of great significance for Shanxi to better integrate into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy and promote regional economic and social development.
