author:Bright Net

"I think we should go into Africa and experience a completely different culture from China. Africa is a fascinating land, with bright prospects and unlimited hope," Nobel laureate Mo Yan lamented on August 13 when talking about his impressions of Kenya.

Mo Yan arrived in Kenya in late July, and on the afternoon of August 13, local time, he ended his trip to the port city of Mombasa and arrived in Nairobi, the capital of the country, by the Mombai Railway train. Upon arrival at Nairobi Railway Station, Mo Yan was greeted by John Chirchir, CEO of the Kenya Tourism Board and staff from the Chinese Embassy in Kenya. The local area also organized a traditional dance performance at the station to welcome Mo Yan.

Mo Yan said that in the past half month, he has visited famous scenic spots such as Masai Mara National Park, the Great Rift Valley in East Africa, and some projects built by enterprises, and felt the beautiful natural scenery and the warmth and friendliness of Kenya's people, and also changed his impression of Africa. After returning to China, he will publish relevant articles on his "Two Bricks Ink News" WeChat public account, introducing what he has seen and felt in Africa.
