Recently, there has been a violation of laws and regulations in the Orange Island Scenic Area of "scalper" reselling reservation numbers, which seriously infringes the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of tourists to visit the scenic spots for free, in order to further protect the rights and interests of tourists and the order of the scenic spots, and create a safe, stable and orderly visiting environment, the Orange Island Scenic Area will optimize the booking ticket rules from now on, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Adjustment of reservation numbering rules: The number of daily reservations will be released 3 days before each tour day (taking August 14 as an example on the tour day, the reservation number on August 14 will be released on August 12). At the same time, according to the real-time tourist flow, the scenic spot adopts a random ticket release mechanism from 7:00 to 22:00 on the same day, and after the ticket release of each time period expires, the newly generated refund ticket source will return to the ticket pool of the next period of the day.
2. Adjustment of tourist reservation rules: After the reservation is successful, visitors can scan the code at the entrance of the scenic spot to enter the park with the reservation code or their ID card. Reservations can be made using a registered name, and can be reserved once per person per day, and a maximum of 3 reservations can be made per person. For foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, special documents and other non-ID card reservations, please go to the Tourist Service Center to complete the reservation procedures.
3. Travel agency admission matters: The tour operator must complete the whole team before entering the park, and check in the whole group within 30 minutes under the leadership of the tour leader. If any team member in a group is found to have a check-in interval of more than 30 minutes, the tour operator's group will be disqualified from booking a visit.
4. Account registration and usage rules: From August 16, 2023, you must log in through the real-name mobile phone bound to WeChat to make an appointment, and 12 virtual mobile phone number segments (starting with 170, 171, 165, 167, 162, 1349, 174, 140, 141, 144, 146, 148) are prohibited from registering ticket reservation accounts, and the use of registered related accounts is stopped.
5. Set up a special complaint mailbox: The scenic area has set up a special complaint mailbox for scalpers to sell reservation numbers and sightseeing ticket [email protected] s, and tourists who have purchased scalpers tickets through various channels can send the following evidence: the identity information of the visitor (including name and ID number, the ID number can hide the middle 8 digits), the payment voucher for purchasing the scalper ticket, the contact information of the complainant, etc. to the designated mailbox of the scenic spot.
