Survey phase: using 3D scanning + "robot dog"

According to reports, the project foundation pit area of 30,000 square meters, in order to ensure the safety of foundation pit excavation, a lot of daily safety inspection work is required. Since manual inspection cannot be realized in some deep and narrow areas of the foundation pit, the project team uses a "robot dog" equipped with a 3D laser scanner to replace labor in the deep foundation pit to carry out 3D laser scanning and safety inspection, which can inspect 140,000 square meters per day.

In the blind area of the field of vision that cannot be scanned by the robot, AI glasses are used for intelligent identification and acquisition information technology to ensure that there are no dead angles and no blind areas, improve the scanning efficiency of deep foundation pits, and reduce potential construction safety hazards.

Wall spraying: Use intelligent spraying robots

According to reports, in order to better serve the capital Daxing Airport and provide it with living facilities, the project will build more than 1,800 dormitories, and the wall spraying area is huge. The project team adopts artificial + intelligent spraying robot spraying method to spray the wall, and the robot sets the operation point and path spraying through scanning and mapping, and scans and sprays in sections to effectively improve the efficiency of spraying construction, promote energy conservation and consumption reduction, and realize digitalization, intelligence, programming, modularization, safety, efficiency and environmental protection to promote various constructions.

Pipeline installation: Use MR mixed reality glasses

It is understood that the mechanical and electrical fire pipelines, bridges, electrical pipelines, etc. involved in the project are different in elevation, in order to overcome the problem of cross collision caused by manual installation, the project team uses MR mixed reality glasses, the electromechanical BIM model is virtually arranged in the installation process of electromechanical pipelines in accordance with 1:1, guides on-site construction, resets and checks the on-site electromechanical installation, so that the site and model drawings are consistent, and accurately controls the positioning of electromechanical pipelines.
