The WeChat team declares that the WeChat team will not contact users in the FaceTime way, but if it is counterfeit in this way, do not answer. Please be wary of unfamiliar FaceTime calls to avoid being deceived.

If the other party requests to add a private social account or share videos and other assistance operations to various video conferencing software, you must decisively refuse. Alipay will not contact users in "FaceTime", personal social accounts, etc., and the "customer service" contacted in these ways are scammers.
Alipay has two official contact channels, one is the official customer service number 95188, and the other is "My Customer Service" in the Alipay App.
