On the afternoon of July 19, the United Front Work Department of the Quxian County Party Committee held a symposium on private economy, government and enterprises in the second quarter of 2023 and a "face-to-face" event for communication and consultation between the head of the United Front Work Department and private entrepreneurs. Liu Yanping, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee, director of the United Front Work Department, and chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, attended and spoke at the meeting, which was presided over by Liu Qudong, vice chairman of the county CPPCC and chairman of the county federation of industry and commerce.
The heads of enterprises such as Sichuan Henghui Garment, Xinghong Tai Garment, and Guowo Agriculture spoke freely, and put forward opinions or suggestions on infrastructure, electricity fee protection, business environment, etc. to reflect the demands of enterprises. The main responsible persons of the county economic development zone, the county commerce bureau, the State Grid and other units answered questions on the spot, proposed targeted solutions, further optimized the business environment, improved service efficiency, and helped the high-quality development of the private economy.
Liu Yanping listened carefully to the speeches of the representatives of the participating enterprises, interacted with everyone from time to time, responded to the opinions and suggestions put forward by the enterprises on the spot, and handed over the relevant units to solve the problem within a time limit in accordance with the "list system + responsibility system + time limit", and guided the entrepreneurs to strengthen good expectations and confidence.

The meeting also studied the Action Plan for Improving the Environment of Sichuan Private Economic Development, and reported on the handling of feedback and suggestions on "face-to-face" activities in the first quarter.
