In order to effectively alleviate the problem of childcare during the summer vacation, the Xianyou County Federation of Trade Unions closely follows the needs of employees and organizes a "love summer nursery class" to care for the children of employees, giving priority to ensuring that the children of employees in difficulty, the children of workers in new employment forms, the children of migrant workers in urban areas, the children of single-parent families, the children of left-behind employees and the children of sanitation workers are equipped with professional tutors and service management personnel in accordance with the principle of "public welfare and voluntary participation".
"Love summer nursery school is a public welfare nature, through the purchase of socialized services, entrusting professional off-campus training institutions to organize and implement, to help front-line employees solve the most difficult, worried, and most worried practical problems, to achieve 'precision' of service employees, and effectively enhance employees' sense of gain, happiness, security and belonging."
