Recently, Intercos Technology (Suzhou Industrial Park) Co., Ltd., Fan Bingbing and Fan Meili (Beijing) Cosmetics Trading Co., Ltd. added a new court announcement that the plaintiff is Beauty Secret (Guangdong) Cosmetics Research and Development Co., Ltd., and the relevant cause of action is a trademark infringement dispute, which will be heard in the People's Court of Suzhou Industrial Park, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province on July 25.
