"It is said that rock sugar gourd is sour, and the sour has sweetness in it..." The event kicked off with the sound of this popular nursery rhyme. Kids can't wait to start making rock sugar gourds – pick and match fruits, skewer them, roll syrup, wrap them in rice paper... With strings of delicious rock sugar gourds freshly "baked", the children ate and sang and were especially excited and happy!
