Xiaoping Liu, National Level 2 Principal Investigator of Canada, currently works in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering at Carleton University, Canada. Doctoral supervisor. Major contribution

Academician Liu Xiaoping has presided over more than a dozen major and general research projects in Canada, with research funds equivalent to more than 13 million yuan, and published more than 100 high-level papers in top international academic journals and conferences, including 19 in SCI and 61 in EI. In terms of basic theory, he is the proposer of Trinomial network transmission and remote control protocol and "control algorithm based on ISS small gain theory"; In terms of core technology development, the "progressive surgical cutting simulation algorithm" that has been developed for many years has been used in actual products by a Canadian company.
