According to the clues provided by netizens, the Nandu reporter's investigation found that the website is called "** She", and there is indeed a problem of disseminating and selling child pornography, and the pornography is widely spread. In addition, the top-up payment and collection services of the website are provided by two enterprises in Maoming, Guangdong and Foshan, and the operators of the enterprises are the same person. The relevant person in charge of the enterprise responded to the reporter that the website is not owned by it, and it only provides payment access services for the website.
There are websites that sell child pornography, which is widely disseminated
An investigation by a reporter from Nandu found that the problem website is called "** She", and you can log in to the website to browse freely by searching the URL in the browser that comes with the Huawei mobile phone. The "Site News" column set up on the website contains a large number of child pornography videos, pictures and other article content, the titles are mostly with words such as "father and daughter" and "young girls", and some titles are vulgar and straightforward. And many articles have been read more than 10,000.

Randomly click on an article, the page shows that the content is a paid resource, and you need to pay a certain amount to unlock and view hidden files, and there is a preview image of child pornography at the end of the article. According to the article page, the hidden file size is nearly 1Gbit, including 52 videos, and the article has more than 15,000 views. The investigation found that the document contained a large number of videos of forcible molestation of suspected underage women.
In addition, the child pornography content in this section is posted and updated by a user with the username "*come". The user's homepage shows that he is the administrator of the "** company" website, and has published 63 articles, except for individual file downloads and decompression tutorial articles, the rest are suspected to be child pornography. In addition, after review, the "** She" website does not have detailed filing information, and the domain name registrar information has also been hidden.
There are companies that provide payment access services
Browsing found that the pornographic content of the "** company" website is "paid resources" or "(website) member exclusive", the price of paid resources is between 5-60 yuan, and after spending 395 yuan to open the platform gold membership, you can view all paid resources for free. However, registered users of the website cannot directly recharge on the website, and need to transfer to a third-party e-commerce platform to purchase a card password, and then use the purchased card number and card password to return to the website to redeem and recharge the account balance.
Nandu reporter investigation found that the website provides two "card issuing networks" purchase channels of Sailfish Card Issuing Network and Yinyun Mall, and when you transfer to the "Card Issuing Network" to purchase card secrets, you can pay through Alipay, WeChat, QQ Wallet and other forms. Nandu reporters tried to initiate various forms of payment through the channel of Sailfish Card Issuing Network, and found that the payee of the WeChat channel was an individual, and the payee of Alipay involved "Maonan District Fuya Network Information Technology Consulting Center" and "Baisen Light Luxury Department Store".

According to the information of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, "Maonan District Fuya Network Information Technology Consulting Center" is an individual industrial and commercial enterprise, established in 2021, located in Maoming City, Guangdong Province, is an enterprise mainly engaged in Internet and related services; "Baisen Light Luxury Department Store" is suspected to be the full name of "Foshan Chancheng District Baisen Light Luxury Department Store". The operators of both enterprises are also named Gao**.

So, are these two recipients the profiteers of the "** society" website? What is the connection between the "** company" and the so-called card issuing network?
Taking Sailfish Card Issuing Network as an example, according to reports, it is a SaaS mall, users can register as a platform mall merchant for free, and sell software registration codes, forum accounts, card secrets and other virtual goods on the platform. The Nandu reporter registered the account of Sailfish Card Issuing Network as a merchant, and found that users can set the goods sold on the platform, collection information and other content, and the income obtained from the sale of goods can be directly withdrawn.
From this point of view, "Maonan District Fuya Network Information Technology Consulting Center" and "Baisen Light Luxury Department Store" may be related to the operators of the pornographic website "** Society". Subsequently, the Nandu reporter contacted the person in charge of the "Maonan District Fuya Network Information Technology Consulting Center", and the other party said that the "** She" website was not his, but the website docked his payment information, and he personally did not know what goods the website was selling. He claimed that he would later ban the merchant (the "** company" website).
Subsequently, the Nandu reporter found that the two card secret purchase channels of the "** agency" website Sailfish Card Issuing Network and Yinyun Mall could no longer be used, and the page showed that "the store link has been closed and cannot be purchased for the time being".
In addition, the Nandu reporter further investigated and found that the "Maonan District Fuya Network Information Technology Consulting Center" registered 7 websites for the record, one of which is called Aggregation Easy Pay also claims to provide registered merchants with "commodity consignment services" and "monetary fund transfer services", when users purchase merchants' goods or services, they can complete transactions through the platform service, and the transaction funds will be recorded in the merchant number, which can be withdrawn to personal accounts by merchants.
