On July 11, our county held a kick-off meeting for the pilot of comprehensive standardization of "palm survey" service. Introduce the implementation plan of the pilot project of comprehensive standardization of "handheld survey" service. Liu Yanqiang, member of the party group and deputy director of the Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau, and Yu Guangwei, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, attended the meeting.

Yu Guangwei demanded that we should enhance our ideological understanding and make every effort to build a good platform. All levels and departments should put forward reasonable suggestions in a timely manner in view of the new situations and problems that arise in the progress of work, and jointly promote the upgrading and innovative development of service platforms. It is necessary to establish a user feedback mechanism, regularly organize third-party institutions to go to the grassroots frontline, collect staff and use the opinions and suggestions of the masses, establish a problem account, and constantly optimize the workflow and functional details to make the service platform more efficient and convenient. It is necessary to expand the coverage, and all matters that can be remotely surveyed in the fields of engineering construction, commercial registration, social affairs, and agriculture-related services should be included in the "handheld survey" platform to improve the coverage of system matters.

Yu Guangwei stressed that it is necessary to increase the promotion and use of the "handheld exploration" service platform and build it into a comprehensive service platform that is convenient for enterprises and benefits the people. The county administrative examination and approval service bureau should play a leading role, arrange special personnel to lean on, deeply dock with third-party institutions, comprehensively sort out work specifications, form a work standard system, and timely issue and release to ensure that it passes the national standardization pilot acceptance in 2025.
