Recently, the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Work Plan on Further Promoting the Construction of Shenzhen Trade Union's Caring Care Class" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), the size of the care class should be more than 10 people (including 10 people), of which the holiday care time is not less than 20 days, and the cumulative annual care time after school (kindergarten) is not less than 100 days.
The "Plan" requires that trade union organizations at all levels in the city should give full play to their own advantages, be good organizers, implementers, or participants and supporters of trusteeship services, strengthen overall planning and system construction, comprehensively promote the construction process, and create a healthy working environment friendly to childbirth. It is necessary to earnestly strengthen supervision, pay attention to standardized development, ensure the quality of custody services and the safety of trusteeship objects, and promote the steady and orderly development of the construction of trade union caring custody classes in accordance with local conditions.
Every year, 10 Shenzhen trade union caring care classes are evaluated
At the same time, 20,000 yuan of special subsidy funds will be issued
The "Plan" clearly states that every year, the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions will evaluate 10 Shenzhen trade union caring care classes on the basis of meeting the conditions of site safety, management standards, clear rights and responsibilities, catering hygiene, employee satisfaction, scale compliance and other conditions, and select the national and Guangdong trade union caring care classes in accordance with the notice requirements of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.

For the assessed Shenzhen Trade Union Caring Custody Class, the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions will distribute a special subsidy fund of 20,000 yuan to the labor union of the unit where each custody class is located.

For the national and Guangdong trade union care classes, special subsidy funds will be issued by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions in accordance with relevant regulations.

For the identified national, Guangdong and Shenzhen trade union caring care classes, if the service is continuously carried out, after the review and approval, the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions will issue a continuous special subsidy fund at the standard of 20,000 yuan per year for 2 years on the basis of the special subsidy fund issued in the first year after the assessment (up to 3 years of cumulative special subsidy funds).
The special subsidy funds shall be limited to the construction, management, operation and maintenance of the trade union's caring care class, and the special funds shall not be appropriated for other purposes, and shall not be directly used to issue subsidies to employees who meet the conditions for trusteeship.
