Operation details
Step 1
Log in to the "Xiamen Tax" APP, click the "New Business Personnel Insurance Registration" module in "Social Security Business", jump to the insurance interface, and check and supplement the "Basic Personal Information".
Step two
Fill in the "Personal Payment Information":
(1) Manually enter the "place of household registration" and "detailed address of permanent residence";
(2) Select "Household Registration Type", the optional types are "Local Non-agricultural Hukou (Local Town)", "Non-agricultural Hukou (Foreign Town)", "Local Agricultural Hukou (Local Rural Area)", "Foreign Agricultural Hukou (Foreign Rural Area)", "Other";
(3) Select "Personal Status" as "New Business Form, etc."
Step 3
After checking the information again, click "Select Insurance Information".
Step 4
Jump to the "Letter of Commitment" interface, carefully read the "Flexible Employment Participation Commitment", check the personal information is correct, and click "Signature" to jump to the electronic signature page.
Step 5
When you have finished signing, the electronic signature appears in the "Committed by" field, and then click "Next".
Step six
Jump to the "Flexible Employment Personnel Insurance Type" interface and select "Payment Grade". The rate and payment grade of flexible employment personnel participating in the basic endowment insurance for enterprise employees in new formats refer to the status of other independent persons, and the insured personnel can choose the appropriate grade by themselves.
Step seven
Check the type of insurance and click "Registration".
Step eight
The system will automatically jump to the "Individual Insurance Registration Form" to complete the insurance registration.
