News media and network service providers shall strengthen positive guidance and publicity for the whole society, establish a good culture of respecting, protecting, and educating minors, and promote effective means to prevent minors' addiction to the Internet. Call on parents and schools to jointly perform the responsibility of guardianship and guardianship of minors.
