On the evening of July 7th, the 14th National Dance Exhibition was held at the Ijin Holo Banner Grand Theater. Zhang Wenjun, member of the leading party group and deputy director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Si Qin Dalai, director of the art department, Liu Yufei, member of the leading party group and deputy director of the Ordos Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Liu Xiaodong, deputy director of the Banner People's Government, and relevant experts watched the performance.
The first dance drama "Five Stars Out of the East" was produced by the Propaganda Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, jointly produced by Beijing Performing Arts Group, Beijing Municipal Headquarters for Aiding Xinjiang and Hotan Propaganda Department, and performed by Beijing Opera and Dance Theater and Hotan New Jade Song and Dance Troupe, which won the 16th "Five Ones Project" Award for the Construction of Spiritual Civilization and the 17th Wenhua Award.
This play is created with the theme of the Han Dynasty brocade arm guard "Five Stars Out of the East to Benefit China", a national first-class cultural relic unearthed in Hotan Prefecture of Xinjiang, and uses the form of dance drama to vividly display the profound cultural connotation carried by precious cultural relics on the stage. It is a masterpiece that forges the consciousness of the Chinese national community, highlights national self-confidence and cultural self-confidence, and makes the silent cultural relics bloom with new brilliance in the new era.
It is reported that the 14th National Dance Exhibition was held in Ordos City from July 6 to July 21, and participated in 13 dance dramas, dance poems and 70 excellent dance programs with distinct themes, rich content and diverse themes. At the same time, the "Special Dance Performance in Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Birth of Jia Zuoguang", the dance drama "Xian Xinghai" and the Macao dance program were specially invited to participate. Ijin Holo Banner undertook 8 excellent dance programs such as "Five Stars Out of the East", "Absolute Test", "Dragon Boat", "Flowers and the Sea" and so on.
Experts and scholars in dance and related fields were also invited to watch the performance, and discussed each play and dance program in the way of "one play, one commentary" and "one commentary".
