The Hohhot Huimin District Comprehensive Games Wushu Competition and the 5th Huimin District Taolu Competition, hosted by the Hohhot Huimin District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Hohhot Huimin District People's Government, and organized by the Huimin District Education Bureau and the Huimin District Bureau of Culture, Sports, Tourism, Radio, Film and Television, opened on July 11 at the gymnasium of the Huimin District School Sports Guidance and Training Center. Wan Zheng, chairman of Hohhot Overseas Chinese Federation, Chen Hongtao, director of Hohhot Football Sports and Social Sports Development Center, Liu Mingqi, head of the discipline inspection team of the Huimin District Discipline Inspection Bureau stationed in the Education Bureau, Jin Cunyuan, director of the Huimin District School Sports Guidance and Training Center, Wang Jing, prosecutor of the Huimin District Procuratorate, Chen Wenyan, leader of the Inner Mongolia Wushu Professional Team, Yuan Dongfang, vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Taijiquan Association, Zhang Yunsheng, vice chairman of the Hohhot Wushu Association, and Cai Yinchuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Hohhot Wushu Association, attended the opening ceremony. More than 1,200 athletes from 26 teams from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the Muslim district will participate in the two-day competition.
In the arena, the young "martial arts masters" showed their heroic posture and skills, swords, guns, sticks and other weapons danced with a clear and eye-catching dance, and all kinds of boxing techniques were vigorous and powerful, showing the results of hard training in ordinary times to the fullest, and won a round of applause.
